Commission meetings
The Commission meets approximately monthly and normally meets in public. The Commission conducts its meetings in line with its Standing Orders.
The Commission may decide to consider some items of business in private. It has prepared guidance on determining how business will be considered in order to make it clear when parts of meetings may be held in private.
Meeting papers
The agendas for meetings will be available on this site at least 3 working days before each meeting. The agenda will confirm the venue, start time and business for the meeting. It will also show any items likely to be considered in private.
Papers for the meetings will also be available on this site to view and download at least 3 working days before each meeting. Papers for any item likely to be considered in private will not be available.

Attending Commission meetings
The Commission welcomes anyone who wishes to attend to observe its meetings.
Meetings are normally held in the offices of Audit Scotland at 18 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2QU.

As space is limited, members of the public who wish to attend a meeting must reserve a place in advance. This can be done by contacting Audit Scotland’s offices by telephone on 0845 146 1010 or by e-mail to 18Reception@audit-scotland.gov.uk
The meeting room is accessible by lift. Please let us know whether you have any access requirements when you make your booking.
Media representatives should contact Chris Holme, Audit Scotland press office, on 0131 625 1649, or by e-mail at cholme@audit-scotland.gov.uk to arrange access. The press office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
